Through NTUC Community Fund’s integrated support, Valentina and Emmanuel received the help they needed to continue learning, growing, and thriving in preschool. Valentina benefitted from the Classroom Support Programme, where dedicated Learning Facilitators supported her in strengthening her literacy and numeracy skills through small-group activities.
The family also received practical support through financial assistance for uniforms and field trips, book hampers, nutrition support, and social support. These programmes helped ease the family’s day-to-day expenses, while enabling both children to attend school regularly, comfortably, and with greater confidence.
Today, Valentina and Emmanuel are happier in school, learning alongside their friends, building friendships, and creating meaningful childhood memories.
