Generative AI Content Disclosure

At NE Community Fund (UEN:202509409K), we utilise Generative Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) as a tool to enhance our capabilities which include, but are not limited to, operational efficiency, data synthesis, and content development. By accessing or using our content, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

 

1. Scope of AI Integration 

Materials hosted on our digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, marketing collateral, and video productions, may be partially or wholly generated, drafted, or processed through AI technologies. 

2. Acknowledgment of Inherent Limitations and Disclaimer of Accuracy 

NE Community Fund is committed to the ethical and responsible deployment of AI; however, the User acknowledges that AI-generated output is subject to inherent technical risks. 

  • Disclaimer of Reliability: Notwithstanding our commitment to information integrity, NE Community Fund makes no representation or warranty regarding the factual accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-assisted content. AI systems may produce “hallucinations” (erroneous or fabricated data) or reflect latent biases present in training datasets. 
  • No Warranty: All AI-influenced content is provided on an “as-is” basis. NE Community Fund expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 


3. Human Oversight 

NE Community Fund endeavours to apply reasonable internal review processes and human oversight to AI-assisted outputs to align with our corporate values and quality standards. 

  • Non-Binding Nature of Oversight: While we strive for human verification of AI-generated materials, such oversight does not constitute a guarantee of error-free content. The presence of human review shall not be construed as an assumption of liability or a waiver of the disclaimers set forth herein. 
  • Professional Judgment: AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or specialized advice. Users are strictly advised to verify all information through independent, qualified sources before taking any action based on such content. 


4. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NE Community Fund, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any content created or assisted by AI. 

5. Proprietary Rights 

The use of AI tools in the creation of content does not diminish NE Community Fund’s ownership or intellectual property rights. All content, regardless of the degree of AI involvement in its creation, remains the exclusive property of NE Community Fund or its licensors.
