Supporting Social Connection for Seniors

Helping seniors stay active, connected and engaged

We believe that staying connected is key to ageing well. By supporting programmes that bring seniors together, we help them build lasting friendships, learn new skills and remain as active members of their communities.

Creating Spaces for Connection through Community Café

Located at the NTUC Health Bedok North Active Ageing Centre, the Community Café is more than just a place for coffee – it’s a welcoming social hub. Seniors are trained as Silver Baristas and service crew, fostering a true sense of belonging and interaction in their community.

Staying Active Together through Walking Football

Walking Football is a safe, modified version of football designed for seniors of all mobility levels. By removing running and physical contact, the programme provides a fun way for seniors to foster camaraderie and build meaningful social bonds through team play.
